Which compliance standards does Yorizon meet?
ISO 27001 and BSI C5 are currently in certification, with VS-NfD as a future target. GDPR, NIS2, DORA, the EU AI Act and CSRD are addressed at the architectural and process levels. Additional standards are supported for each sector (BaFin cloud guidance, B3S-gematik, TISAX).
How does Yorizon solve the Cloud Act risk?
Yorizon has no U.S. parent company and no U.S. personnel with platform access. Data is stored exclusively in Germany and Austria. Access under the U.S. Cloud Act is structurally excluded.
What architecture underlies the platform?
OSISM based on the Sovereign Cloud Stack (SCS) with OpenStack standard components: KVM hypervisor, Ceph storage, Neutron/OVN with Geneve overlay. Bare metal via OpenStack Ironic. Everything auditable, everything open.
What about sustainability?
Timber-built data centers with PUE below 1.1, 80% waste heat fed back into municipal district heating networks, 100% renewable energy on site. ESG-relevant figures are CSRD-ready.
How does migration into our existing IT work?
Yorizon is standard OpenStack-compatible and can be connected via open APIs to VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox and hyperscaler workloads. Migration can be carried out step by step — no big bang, no lock-in effects when leaving.
