Is the number of trial accesses limited?

Yes. If demand is high, you will initially be placed on a waiting list and informed by email as soon as your slot is available.

Are there territorial restrictions?

At present, the trial is intended for interested parties based in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland. We review inquiries from other countries individually.

Which availability (SLA) applies during the trial?

During the trial phase, no service level is guaranteed. Yorizon may change, interrupt, or pause services at any time - data loss cannot be ruled out. Production data does not belong in the trial.

Is there support during the trial?

Active support is not included. If you have any questions: trial@yorizon.com.

What may I not use the trial for?

Not permitted are: storage of personal or sensitive data, business operations, mission-critical applications, and production systems. The trial is intended exclusively for testing and evaluation purposes.
