Time is the underestimated factor
Many projects do not lose time in hardware sourcing, but rather in planning, approvals and construction.
With HOCHTIEF as part of the ACS Group, these processes can be integrated at an early stage. For suitable projects, approval and construction processes within around 12 months are realistic.
Not as a marketing promise, but because construction, infrastructure and operation are brought up together from the very beginning.

Our focus is on resilient, scalable infrastructure for companies with growing AI and HPC needs.
By 2032, a network of up to 60 data center locations will gradually be established across Europe.
